Built a full WordPress content pipeline — HTML frontend with Node.js proxy using Claude and OpenAI APIs to auto-generate SEO-optimized blog posts with DALL·E featured images and schedule them directly to WordPress via REST API. Reduced content production time dramatically.
Led a complex integration initiative connecting the internal Staff Portal to HubSpot CRM — surfacing SKU sync, account notes, and contract/renewal data for CSM teams in real time. Included full account intelligence PDF reporting pipeline.
Designed and executed a CSAT survey program across two client segments using SurveyMonkey and Customer Thermometer. Included A/B testing of email variants, platform evaluation, and a CEO-ready rationale document with recommendations.
Developed the CEO keynote deck for IronOrbit's annual kickoff — a high-stakes, board-facing presentation requiring strategic clarity, visual storytelling, and executive-level polish. Iterated with CEO feedback until it landed.
