Full menu design system for a Mediterranean Halal Kabob restaurant in Fresno, California — logo, digital display menus, dine-in, and take-out formats.
Yafa Grill needed a visual identity and menu system that matched the quality of their food. Starting with the logo — flame, fork, spatula — I built a bold red-and-white brand language that works across every format the restaurant uses daily.
The scope covered digital display menus for in-store screens, a print dine-in menu, and a take-out menu — each formatted for its context, all consistent to the brand. The result is a clean, readable system that works in a busy restaurant environment.
The Yafa Grill logo combines a flame, a fork, and a spatula into a single bold icon — instantly communicating the product (grilled food) and the energy (fire, heat, freshness). The red-and-blue palette is strong enough to stand on its own on signage, print, and digital screens.
The "Mediterranean Halal Kabob" tagline anchors the brand positioning — it tells new customers exactly what they're getting before they even see the menu.
